ciao ciao
You will never grow in your comfort zone.
ReplyDeleteI am learning very quickly how to use it and found that I have to log on to actually take part.
ReplyDeleteIs their an easier way to know and see the comments to be able to take part in the conversation.
I am a runner and as I stopped running for 2 years, getting back was hard. My husband said to me the same as Bobby has commented : "You are in a comfort zone that is not going to improve soon UNLESS you start being serious again in your running". I have defintely improved a lot since hearing those words a month ago.
I will learn a new pattern in order to grow on a work and personal level, and to try and do something harder than what I am currently doing every day
ReplyDeleteMonica
Yes Monica one falls into a rut very easy, and getting out of it is difficuilt.
DeleteI am a National fisherman and try to have a balance in life...sometimes the balance shifts more to work and it messes up everything..my relationship with the wife and kid goes out the door and the next fishing league i do badly.......
ReplyDeleteSo in some areas i agree with him and in others i believe in equal balance in everything in life.
Agreed. Don't get comfortable in your discomfort. Reassess your lifestyle constantly and make slight adjustments to ensure you live in a way that is beneficial to you and those around you.
ReplyDeleteYou need to find the balance between work and your personal life. I know that work go home with us sometimes, but we will have to draw a line and remember that Goscor were build on family values and that family is VERY important, I know that family is the MOST important thing in my life.
ReplyDeleteElsabe
DeleteYes Family is also most important to me but...if you dont have work you cant support you family..or your hobbies ect...so work comes first...if i dont have work i cant do anything ....
It is so difficult especially for you Lukas, because you have to be away from home for work to see your clients and build a good relationship which cause some people to neglect their family.
DeleteWe all have to juggle our families between work.
When taking work home, I try and find something for the kids to do, even if it is just putting my files in numerical order. It makes them feel important within my work too.
DeleteKobus, and that shows them that they are important enough to help Daddy with his work and you actually set a good standard for them to know that work is important but family time is too, even if it is just for them to put files in numerical order. Quality family time spent well..
Deleteonce you have identified the challenges in life and work one must adapt accordingly as and when a situation requires a decision. Embrace uncertainties with clear targets and objectives.
ReplyDeleteI fully agree with you Anthony.
DeleteCreating a plan to make sure that there is a balance, is the biggest challenge
